Our collection point at Ultimate PC & Mac Gallery is grand opening and starting the service from June 29, the fault Apple device is sent to Wah Fung workshop for repair on the same day and the device after repair service is returned to Ultimate for collection by customer.

I have a pair of Airpod which have not been used for over 6 months. When want to use it by having it charged, I am having problem in having it connected to my phone. Took to Apple store for fixing, they said both headphones are not recognized or detected. Apple store said that cannot be fixed and suggest me to get a new pair.
