有關新型冠狀病毒的特別防疫措施

因應新型冠狀病毒情況並為保障本中心職員及客戶的健康，本中心由即日起已執行以下防疫措施：

1. 特意安排為客戶量度體溫。如客戶的體溫在攝氏37度以上或現正接受強制家居檢疫，恕未能安排進入本中心。
2. 客戶請於中心內配戴口罩及使用酒精搓手液消毒雙手。
3. 加強消毒服務中心內所有設施，確保環境衛生。
4. 騰出服務櫃台用作防疫分隔1.5米之用。
5. 減少網上維修預約之節數以控制人流。
6. 加建透明屏幕分隔客戶和客戶服務員。
7. 本中心職員必須於上班時量度體溫、配戴口罩並定時清潔雙手。
8. 產品在維修後已徹底消毒。
9. 為減低病毒傳播風險，辦公時間改為：

Special arrangements to curb novel coronavirus infections

In the interest of safe health for its employees and clients from the novel coronavirus, the following epidemic prevention measures have been implemented with immediate effective:

1. Body temperature screening will be conducted upon customers’ arrival at our service center. We apologize that customers with body temperature above 37 degree Celsius and/or under the Government Requirement for Compulsory Home Quarantine, will not be able to access our service center.
2. Customer should clean the hands with provident alcoholic sanitizer and wear facial mask in the service center.
3. Disinfection of all facilities in service center has been strengthened to ensure environmental hygiene.
4. Some of service counters are temporarily closed and served as buffer partition to stay 1.5m away from each other.
5. The time slots of online reservation of repair will be reduced for crowd control.
6. Transparent table partitions at service counters will be installed to separate customer and our staff.
7. Our staff MUST pass the body temperature check, wear mask and clean the hands regularly.
8. Product will be thoroughly disinfected after repair
